If a prospective tenant is RESPONSIBLE with his/her CREDIT, then you can expect that they will tend to comply with YOUR rental agreement. On the other hand, people who have already destroyed their credit are not as concerned about having you report a problem back to us.

Many landlords require an application fee. Some landlords collect as little as $15 or as much as $50 in order to cover not only the cost of a credit report, but also to reimburse themselves for the time spent dealing with the application. On the other hand, there are landlords who absorb this cost because they know that it is a wise investment to find a responsible tenant.

Although, we do feel the credit report is sufficient for your protection, we offer optional services. The credit analysis includes attempts to contact previous landlord(s) and discussing derogatory items with the applicant. The criminal check option is not fool proof because there are only 38 states that allow easy access to these types of records.

Criminal check without credit report = $11.00

Criminal per state for more than one = $1.00

* criminal check and civil court records includes sex offenders. They are investigated for the State that the prospective tenant currently lives. It is recommended that you request a search for each State the person has lived in last two years.

Landlord Request for approval with Bancentre is simple and free. Complete the "LANDLORD REGISTRATION" below. It is wise to do this immediately so that we can have you approved prior to you having the need for our services. Bancentre will respond within one Business day. We will also send you the recommended Authorization form for your prospective tenants to sign.

I hereby agree to comply with the provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 USC 16810) and to only request consumer credit report information for the sole purpose of determining my prospective employees or tenants credit worthiness and identity. I shall hold in the strictest confidence all information received and will abide by the Access Security Requirements. I also agree to obtain an executed application from each applicant to allow me as landlord to be authorized to view their consumer credit file before I place an order for such file. Each executed application must be kept on file for two years.

Method 1 = The prospective Tenant or Landlord may apply for the Credit Report by logging on to the next page of this web site. If the email comes directly from the tenant, we will contact you to be certain you have collected your application fee.

Method 2 = Have the tenant fill in an "Authorization" and fax it to 1-360-834-1257. You may use the "Authorization Form" we will send you or your own as long as there is at least the information indicated on the following web page.
