On July 14, 1991, Bancentre was incorporated in the State of Washington to provide direct financing to developers of Alaska, Hawaii, and Washington timeshare projects. BANCENTRE provides construction loans, inventory loans, and first mortgages for purchasers of vacation real estate. The management team has over 50 years of banking and finance experience.
